Service Description

Promotes and supports long-term housing stability as well as culturally appropriate community engagement. Focus is on Aboriginal peoples and families who are chronically or episodically homeless, especially those fleeing abuse or violence. Program offers: one-on-one case management; assessment of housing needs; and information and referral to community resources, landlord/tenant information, social and cultural connections, employment support and housing support funds. Available to both females and males ages 19 or over, and/or families. Hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
