Jubilee Rooms

Provides 80 single rooms with shared bathrooms, staffed 24-hours. One meal is provided daily. Harm reduction focus; provides a monitored private room for safe injection. Staff and outreach workers assist residents and provide support, referrals, and liaison to health and social services.
