Service Description

Provides an overview of the justice system for school groups and other community groups, including English as a second language classes, and programs run by immigrant-serving organizations. Participants visit court houses, speak with justice system professionals, and experience court in action. Activities include court orientation, court watching, and mock trials and simulations. Program is free of charge, except facilitation fee for mock trials. Also provides curriculum resources for Grades 5 to 7, teacher training, and resources for teachers.
