Member of Legislative Assembly elected to represent the Kootenay West riding in the provincial legislature. Acts as Minister of Finance and Minister Responsible for the Columbia Basin Trust, Columbia Power Corporation and the Columbia River Treaty. Constituency office hours are 10 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday by appointment.
