Service Description
Free online therapy program offers online cognitive behavioural therapy by email for BC adults residing in Fraser Health, Interior Health, Northern Health, and Island Health Authorities. Therapy is provided by supervised PhD practicum therapists. Offered in partnership with the UBC Okanagan (UBCO) Psychology Training Clinic.
