K'emk'emelay Pre-Employment Program (KPEP)

Provides pre-employment services to Indigenous men and women who have left federal corrections and are living in the community, as well as those in the community who are looking for additional training and skills to gain employment or to continue with schooling. Four different levels with continuous intake which includes job search assistance; help with resumes, cover letters, and reference letters; interviewing skills; networking and marketing employment skills; addressing soft skills (such as communication skills and attitude); and job skills training. Various training programs with certificates are available.
