Kettle Outreach Services

Provides outreach to help Kettle members with mental health issues connect with appropriate community agencies in order to have full access to services and resources they need. Services include visits to hospital, detox, and treatment centres, as well as working with service providers on community care plans to bridge members back into the community. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 5 pm Monday to Thursday.
