Service Description
An independent, administrative tribunal with the mandate to mediate and adjudicate employment and labour relations matters related to unionized workplaces, according to the Labour Relations Code. Hears and determines applications and complaints under the Code and makes orders under the Code that are deemed appropriate. Office hours (hearings and reception) are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Filing hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
