Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)

Service Description
Morning, afternoon, and evening English classes for adults are held in two Burnaby locations. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Placement of new students is determined by testing administered by the Western ESL Services' LINC Assessment and Referral Centre.
