Service Description
Provides free English classes for adult newcomers to Canada who are permanent residents or refugees. Placement of new students is determined by testing administered by the Western ESL Services' LINC Assessment and Referral Centre. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
