Legal Services Program

Provides free and confidential support, advocacy, legal information, referrals, form completion assistance, and family court accompaniment within Vancouver and Metro Vancouver for women who are navigating the legal system. Advocacy services address issues related to family law matters, parenting time, immigration law, child protection, criminal law and custody and access concerns. Also offers Legal Advocacy Workshops for women who are representing themselves in court; workshops provide legal information, strategies for specific legal topics, and information about resources. Legal advocacy training for service providers is also available. Funded by the Law Foundation of BC.
