Provides transitional housing with support to assist homeless young adults ages 18 to 24 acquire the skills needed to live independently. Key areas of focus include employment, education, interpersonal relationships, and assistance to secure permanent housing. Helps youth to build skills and develop a network of community resources while being supported to create a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Length of stay is six to eight months.
