Lifeline Program

Provides access to a personal 24-hour emergency response system that helps older adults, individuals with physical challenges, or individuals at medical risk maintain independence and remain safe in their own home. Activation and monthly fees apply; individuals may be eligible for subsidies or fee reductions. Individuals may apply directly to this office. Self referral accepted. Serves Serves Anmore, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Langley, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, and White Rock. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
