LOVE Media Arts Program (MAP)

Works with youth ages 13 to 18 to develop media arts and media literacy skills as tools for working through their personal experiences and joining other youth in ending violence. Facilitates group dialogues about anti-violence and social justice through mentorship in photography, film, writing, and other arts skills. Offered in Burnaby on Tuesdays (Bryne Creek Secondary School, 7777 18th Street), Surrey on Wednesdays (Kwantlen Park Secondary School, 10441 132nd Street), and Vancouver on Thursdays (Vancouver Technical Secondary, 2600 East Broadway); program runs from 3 pm to 6 pm. Program is free with dinner and bus tickets included.
