Service Description
Provides patient education, diagnosis confirmation and treatment of lung disease through a multidisciplinary team approach. Also investigates co-morbid disease, improve patient self-management skills, and provides smoking cessation support. Lung diseases include asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and others. A physician referral is required. Wheelchair accessible. Hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
