Maintenance Enforcement Program (MEP)

Free voluntary services that enforce agreements or court orders requiring support payments to a spouse or child. Can take steps to enforce agreements or orders for support after they are filed with the court. Attempts collection of support payments set out in a court order or agreement. Registration does not guarantee payment or regularity of support payments. When the program collects money from the paying parent, that money is paid to the receiving parent. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
