Low-rent single occupancy housing for individuals. Rooms are approximately 200 square feet, with shared bathroom, shower, and kitchen. Can accommodate families if they rent multiple rooms. The majority of the residents are currently Chinese seniors, but it is open to both Chinese and non-Chinese applicants. Accepts referrals from agencies but will also consider self-referrals with personal references. It is a non-smoking and drug free residence. Not wheelchair accessible and does not accept pets.
