Provides central intake services for mental health and substance use services, which provide a range of health care and support services for children, youth, adults, and older adults with mental health and/or substance use issues. Services include assessment, treatment, counselling, education, and referral to community resources. Also provides counselling on a limited basis to individuals who are concerned about someone else’s substance use. In addition, provides access to other specialty substance use and mental health services. No referral required to access intake; some services accept self referral, and some services require physician or other professional referral. Serves Richmond. Phone line hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Drop-in hours are 9:30 to 12 noon and 1 pm to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
