Mental Health and Substance Use Supported Housing (MHSUSH)

Provides assessment and referral services to supported housing for adults with significant and ongoing mental health and/or substance use challenges. Housing options include: supported apartment blocks, Supported Independent Living (SIL) program, complex care housing, low-barrier housing, and group homes. Accepts referrals from Vancouver Coastal Health case management team for mental health and substance use. Serves Vancouver Coastal Health region.
