Mental Health and Substance Use Supported Housing Services - Vancouver

Provides centralized intake and referral for supported housing for adults 19 and over unable to live independently because of a current serious and persistent mental health condition. Manages intake and waitlists for VCH-funded mental health supported housing, including licensed care facilities, supported apartments, group homes, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) programs. Serves Vancouver. Referral required from VCH Mental Health Teams or hospitals. Hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
