Mental Health Outpatient Services

Interdisciplinary team provides treatment for adults ages 19 and up with mental health issues related to mood and/or anxiety disorders and who are experiencing associated problems with functioning at home or work. Provides a variety of therapies and psychiatric treatments. Referral required; form available online. Office open Monday to Friday; call for daily hours of operation.
