Provides information about resources and services available to people struggling with depression, anxiety, or other mental health or substance use conditions. Resources include an online screening quiz (not a diagnosis) and recommendations for relevant online information, self-help programs, and in-person services. Also provides information for people supporting someone with mental health or substance use issues. Resources are curated by medical professionals and people with lived experience. Offered in partnership with Providence Health Care, Doctors of BC, and Ministry of Health.
