Service Description

The Patient and Client Relations team answers calls and emails from the public on behalf of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions. Provides answers to concerns or connects individuals to the right location that will provide the answers. Serves BC. Phone calls are answered between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm; individuals may leave a voice message outside of office hours and receive a call back.
