Provides predetetermined rent (rent set below average market rent) housing for women with, or without, dependent children. Total family income must be below maximum established income limits, and for some units, above minimum established income limits. Priority is given to women ages 55 and over, women who have experienced or are fleeing intimate partner abuse, and women and families with strong ties to Richmond. Operates 27 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. An application form is available online.
