Service Description

Serves refugees and immigrants in Burnaby, New Westminster and Surrey who have unique service needs, or significant barriers to successful settlement and integration. Case management services include needs assessment, social and emotional support, settlement counselling, life skills training, job readiness support, and assistance accessing services including housing, health, language training, and employment support. Based on a collaborative, client-centred service model for the delivery of holistic programming to refugee and immigrant families and youth. Services are offered online and in person only by appointment. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
