Service Description

Secure online portal that allows individuals to track their refund, view or change their return, check benefit and credit payments, check their RRSP limit, set up direct deposit, receive online mail, change an address, and the like. Service is available from 3 am to midnight Pacific Time, seven days a week. The Individual Tax Enquiries Line is available from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday (except holidays).
