Neurological Rehabilitation Outpatient Program

A multidisciplinary program that provides outpatient rehabilitation for adults age 19 and over with a neurological condition such as stroke, head injury, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson's disease. Program goals are to improve the physical, cognitive, and social functioning of adults with neurological conditions through individual and group treatment. Also aims to enhance the independent function of clients in their homes and community by providing therapeutic support to families and referral to community resources. Priority is given to clients being discharged from the hospital. Wheelchair accessible. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
