Newcomer Settlement and Integration Program

Settlement workers are available to assist Permanent Residents and other newcomers (including people displaced by the war in Ukraine) to Canada with information and orientation services on topics such as employment preparation, English language learning, housing-related needs, navigation of government benefits and systems, and other settlement-related concerns through individual consultations, workshops, and group activities. Workers can also provide in-depth case management support for clients with complex needs and/or multiple barriers. Serves Delta and Richmond. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
