Service Description

Provides semi-independent transitional housing for adults living with a diagnosed mental illness and/or substance use who are independent and stable with their recovery, substance use, and medication, but may require some assistance with day-to-day activities such as medications or life skills. Transitional housing that is intended to support and increase independence for eventual transition to full independence in the community. Staffed 24 hours a day, and suitable for people who are able to make the range of decisions that allow them to live safety in a supportive, semi-independent environment. Registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Intake and funding are by Fraser Health.
