Nobody's Perfect Parenting Program - Burnaby

Facilitates free weekly group sessions for parents of children up to age six, especially parents who are young, single, socially or geographically isolated, or have low income or limited formal education. Provides a safe place for parents to build on their parenting skills, an opportunity to learn new skills and concepts, and a place to interact with other parents who have young children. Aims to improve parents' self-esteem and coping skills, increase self-help and mutual support, connect parents with community services and resources, and prevent family violence. Child care is provided onsite for children ages 18 months to 10 years.
