North Shore Hospice and Palliative Project

Service Description
An interdisciplinary team provides hospice palliative care to the terminally ill and their families in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Bowen Island, and Lions Bay; a physician referral is required. Services are provided either at home, in hospital, at a care facility, or at the North Shore Hospice. The Bereavement Support Program offers North Shore palliative clients and their families one-on-one professional counselling, with access to community resources for children, teens, and families. Office hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
