Northern Centre of Hope High Barrier Transitional Housing

High-barrier transitional housing for adults of any gender in recovery. Must be abstinent from all substances while in residence. Offers 24 individual rooms. Supports residents to build new skills and confidence to sustain housing and recovery-based living. Not wheelchair accessible, cannot accommodate pets. Housing charge is $375 per month. Maximum stay is two years. Referrals from community agencies; six beds referred through Northern Health.
