Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy

Supervises the administration of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, including commercial reorganizations, consumer proposals, and receiverships; maintains a publicly accessible record of these proceedings on website. Provides general bankruptcy information, records and investigates complaints, and promotes awareness of the rights and responsibilities of the stakeholders in the insolvency system. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
