Service Description
Offers individual support to children and youth with a disability by focusing on their needs, abilities, and goals. Assists in accessing community recreation and leisure activities, and also assists the child or youth to learn daily living, social, and life skills. Referral required from Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
