Service Description

Offers free, confidential, and nonjudgmental online support to youth and adults experiencing emotional distress, from 12 noon to 1 am daily in BC and in the Yukon. Chat service is accessed through www.YouthInBC.com (serves youth age 12 to 25) and www.CrisisCentreChat.ca (serves adults age 25 and up). Websites also provide information and resources related to stress management, mental health issues, and suicide.
