Onyx Program

Provides voluntary support services for sexually exploited youth ages 19 and under, including those who are victims of human trafficking. Assesses youth and develops a treatment plan that may include substance misuse treatment, education, housing, and one-to-one support. Also connects youth with community services, and provides follow-up support for youth who are exiting. Accepts self-referrals. Serves Anmore, Belcarra, Bowen Island, Coquitlam, Lions Bay, Maple Ridge, North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Squamish, Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Whistler. Also serves the Sunshine Coast communities of Egmont, Garden Bay, Gibsons, Halfmoon Bay, Madeira Park, Pender Harbour, Port Mellon, Roberts Creek, and Sechelt. Vancouver program is offered in partnership with Family Services of Greater Vancouver, and Children of the Street Society. Funded by Ministry of Children and Family Development.
