Low-rent housing for people age 45 and over, and people of any age with a disability that does not impair mobility; not wheelchair accessible. Preference is given to people requiring housing because of demolition or low-standard housing and who have resided in the Downtown Eastside. Apply by mail or in person; office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
