Service Description

Provides financial assistance to individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions to secure employment or establish self-employment. Provides funding for training, wage subsidies, and adaptive equipment. Participants must have a self-disclosed disability as a barrier to employment, be unemployed or underemployed, be eligible to work in Canada, and be ineligible for Employment Insurance programs and services. Applicants should be working with an employment case manager or may consider a referral from self; contact a Community Coordinator. Serves Fraser Valley, the Lower Mainland, Sea to Sky Corridor, and the Sunshine Coast. Services are offered via a mix of in person, videoconferencing, phone, and email.
