OsteoArthritis Service Integration System (OASIS) - Richmond

Helps people with osteoarthritis self-manage their condition and access support services at any stage of the disease. Services include one-on-one assessments with personalized action plans; education sessions on topics such as exercise, nutrition, and pain management; pre-surgical education. A physician referral is required for assessment appointments, however no referral is required for education sessions. Hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
