Parent Support Services - Fraser Valley

Offers Parent Support Circles which are self-help groups for parents and anyone in a parenting role in Fraser Valley. Circles address parental stress, discipline, and the building of parental support systems. They are facilitated by trained volunteers and are free, confidential, and anonymous, and provide culturally safe spaces. Circles are available in English as well as Arabic, Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, and Tagalog. Also offers Kinship Support Circles where discussion topics include parenting, relationship, financial, health, retirement, and social life issues; information and referral is also provided. Circles meet online, and pre-registration required by phone, email, or online referral form (https://bit.ly/provcircleform). Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
