Service Description
Early learning program for parents with children from birth to age three provides periodic screening and monthly home visits with information, toys, and activities. Serves families who reside between Oak Street, 41st Avenue, Victoria/Clark, and Terminal Avenue. Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) SMART Fund.
