Peer Navigator Program

Free program offers support for individuals age 17 and older who self-identify as having mental health and/or substance use concerns and are not part of a mental health team. Provides information and referral to services such as housing, income assistance, legal aid, health and other community connections. Service includes goal-setting support, weekly or bi-weekly meetings, and bus tickets as needed. Referral accepted from self or other. Wheelchair accessible. Service is available to Vancouver residents, excluding the North Shore and the Downtown Eastside. Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health.
