Perspectives Adult and Youth Substance Use Services

Perspectives Substance Use Counselling Services for Adults provides free counselling, education, guidance, and support to adults living in New Westminster experiencing challenges related to their present or past substance use or someone else's substance use. Referral accepted from self or other. Intake appointments are held every Tuesday or Wednesday morning. Perspectives Substance Use Counselling Services for Youth and Families provides free counselling, education, referral, and support to children and youth, and their families who are either experiencing substance use difficulties or are affected by someone else's substance use. Youth ages 12 to 18, or children under 12 years old with a parent/guardian, and their families can self refer. Also accepts referrals from schools and medical, mental health, community, or legal system professionals. Serves New Westminster. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
