Phoenix Transition Housing Program

Service Description

A safe, structured, post-treatment transition housing program comprised of 52 furnished studio style units for men and women in recovery. Must have completed a structured recovery program for at least three months and are motivated and ready to implement a personal recovery plan that includes employment and/or educational action plans. Support services include skill development in recovery maintenance, problem solving, and decision making; personal, financial, and stress management; and conflict resolution. Stay is up to two years. Accepts self-referrals. Fees are up to $475 per month; additional $25 parking fee. A Provincial Homelessness Initiative developed in partnership with BC Housing.
