Phone Calls and Grocery Delivery Service in Cantonese and Mandarin

Pairs trained youth volunteers with isolated Chinese-speaking immigrant seniors to provide weekly phone calls. Offers fresh Asian produce delivery on a weekly basis. $10 bag includes six or seven fruits, two to three days' worth of greens, and two to three days of longer lasting Asian vegetables. Protein and dairy add-ons are available. Seniors with low incomes living in the Downtown Eastside and Chinatown are prioritized. Call to apply.
