A free weekly educational support group for pregnant women who are experiencing emotional, social, financial and/or health challenges. Class topics include labour and delivery, mother's mental health, car seat safety, feeding your baby, financial literacy, and more. A dietitian and outreach worker provide one-to-one support and community referrals. Also provides coupons, vitamins, and bus tickets. Child care is provided onsite for children ages 18 months to 10 years. Registration is required; complete online form to join waitlist. Serves Burnaby and New Westminster.
