Prevention Information Line/Worksite Emergency Line

Contact number to report anonymously, in almost any language, a fatality, serious injury or incident, major chemical release, unsafe working conditions, or to request a worksite inspection or get information about workplace health and safety and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation. Also provides information and referral and followup for workers who have experienced or witnessed workplace bullying or harassment, and have not had their issue reasonably addressed by their employer. Operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
