Primary Care Clinic - Vancouver (Raven Song Community Health Centre)

Provides primary health care and health information for residents of Vancouver ages 19 and up who do not have a primary physician and who have challenges accessing traditional health care services. Services include medical exams, wound care, disease prevention, diagnosis and adult immunizations. Other services include respiratory therapist, and nutritionist. The team provides primary care services to clients who have been screened and meet mandate. Call or walk in for mandate screen. Clients may or may not have Medical Service Plan (MSP) coverage. Serves residents of Vancouver with priority to clients who live in the Mount Pleasant, Kensington, Little Mountain/Riley Park, and South Cambie areas. Hours are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 6 pm weekends and statutory holidays. Doors close 10 minutes before closing time.
