Prince George Native Youth and Family Advocate

Provides advocacy, basic counselling, support, guidance and advice, education, and referrals for First Nations and Indigenous families and clients involved in child protection issues and other family matters. Also coordinates services required and works closely with local reserves and community services in responding to the needs of the families and children. Serves Prince George. Office hours are 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Jointly funded by Ministry of Attorney General, Department of Justice, and Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
