Provincial Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (PDHHS)

Family and Community Services are for families with school-aged deaf, hard-of-hearing, and deafblind children and youth up to age 23. Services include language and literacy support (sign language and English); parent coaching; parenting groups; youth groups and socials; youth transition/mentoring; and educational and community workshops. Victory Hill Dorm provides a residence for deaf and hard-of-hearing students ages five to 19 from outside the Lower Mainland who attend the BC School for the Deaf in Burnaby. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
